Before we begin


PLEASE, DO NOT RETURN THE ITEMS WITHOUT FIRST LETTING US KNOW – BY EMAIL OR SIMPLY CALLING US.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address at your own expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@lostunicorn.store before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. When reaching out, kindly include the following information to help us process your request efficiently:
 • Order number
 • Date of purchase
 • A detailed description of the issue
 • Photos clearly showing the problem

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address at your own expense: Unicorn Army s.r.o., Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided with a gift card with the refunded amount. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@lostunicorn.store.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Why are we set up this way?


Since our products are made-to-order, each item is crafted specifically for you after purchase. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain a sustainable operation, but it also means we can’t accept returns as easily as larger retailers might. As a smaller brand, we’re committed to creating unique, high-quality items, but we hope you understand that handling returns is more challenging for us under these circumstances.
